Was here to work the removal with and he spoke to me and explained further the job. Jakob and Tyler and this team was so impressive and really helped me to remain calm during a very stressful time. I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. This company is a complete nightmare scam. We have got a referral from our insurance for small water damage restoration project and 3 month later we still haven’t heard anything back after 6 people came out to the house to ‘ take measurements.’ We even found the material in stock made all the arrangements and still no effort on their end to complete the project they just stopped returning our phone calls. We made sure they are removed from the insurance referral list - they are a complete disaster and should not be in business scamming people.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

We first worked with DriRite-CMG3 in 2016. They were referenced to us by our insurance company after our home had undergone a water leak. In April 2019 we experienced another water leak within our home. Without hesitation, we once again reached out to DriRite-CMG3. They were prompt to come to the residence to initiate drying of the water impacted area. However, it took a few calls within that first week to work through the insurance to move forward with the leak repair. We once again were excited by our experience with the plumber (Andrew). Also, the thoroughness of the water mitigation tech (Angel) was refreshing. However, things went south after that initial work was done and the first payments were made to the business. The Operations Manager (Paul Bailey) stop replying to emails and phone calls. It took several attempts before we were able to get a response from him regarding the gameplan of work to be done to our home, pricing, impact and scheduling. My husband and I were continually flexing our schedules to try to complement DriRite's adhoc planning. This back-and-forth process continued for over 5 weeks, before they came forward and told us they could not do the work. I would not recommend this company to others. DriRite-CMG3 needs to work on their accountability, communication and customer service. If they can't manage workload they need to come forward prior to committing to a project.

I don't understand why it says open 24hrs. I can't get anyone to answer or even leave a message during business hours. Just rings and rings. How does someone hire this company?

I highly recommend Lotus Contracting Services - we had a flood situation in a building we manage early on a Friday morning. Jill had her team on site in a matter of minutes dealing with the situation. They were able to stop the water flow and had the effected areas dried completely by Monday morning. They were fast and efficient and solved the problem in a highly professional manner.
