Best Wood Repair in Phoenix AZ

I called these guys when my kid left the bathtub on and overflowed the bathroom when I wasn’t home. It started leaking into my hallway and my master bedroom. I told them I needed someone to repair the water damage that had built up. One of their techs came out right away and got everything done quick. They had a team of 3 or 4 guys come out and dry everything out, set up their machines, and we had a good experience with them.

The whole time they had asked if I had any questions and they answered them no problem. I had no clue how to handle my insurance stuff but they helped me through that as well. These guys are pros and know what to do, and they made me secure in knowing they had everything under control. Call them if you have any situation like this, you’ll be glad you did.

Had a water leak from condo above. Met Ryan from square one and he got to work. I stayed away for a few days while he dried my place out. Came home to areas where drywall doors casing and base were removed and found it spotless my belongings were put in other rooms with care and a obvious goal to exceed my expectations. I was in the insurance world for work and in close to a decade of working behind other dry out companies Square One was clearly the best even knowing I have seen other companies that do fair work. Nothing, soooo disappointed, feel like I WAISTED 200.00!!! The guy was not very friendly/personable...He made stains to my couch that were not there before, and he DID NOT get the spots or smell out of it....it was like he wasn't even really trying to....the next day I went & got a carpet/upholstery shampooer and did it myself, I T was alot of work, but I went over the bad spots a few times and got the stain/smell out all by myself!!!! Wish I would have done that way in the first place..because I don't have 200.00 to waist!!!

If I had the ability to pay a bit more to have these guys do this project I wouldn’t even hesitate. We were so impressed with them! Excellent communication, so knowledgeable, organized, detailed estimate with photos, courteous, responsive… the whole package. They will be my first call when we start renovating. You can tell they are good at what they do and take pride in their craft.

Josh was the worst!!! He was most disrespectful and uncooperative. I have been a loyal Kiwi customer and have good service in the past but, this was unacceptabe. He needs to be trained or fired!

I had an insurance client who experienced a leak in her bathroom and wanted to know what her options were for filing a claim. I had her call Lotus Contracting first since they have such a great knowledge of insurance claims and how best to deal with them. They were able to make the repairs for less than what it would have cost her to make the claim and saved her from needlessly adding a claim to her policy, which would have cost her so much more in the long term.

My son & I recently experienced a house fire & Kowalski Construction was involved with our rebuild from the very beginning. I dealt directly with several different people but no matter who I spoke with they were always able to answer my questions & their response time was impressive to say the least. I always felt like I was the only person they were dealing with & their astute attention to detail was remarkable. I would definitely recommend these guys for any job you may have, you will not be disappointed!
