I would like to thank Cesar, Brandon & the whole crew for their outstanding job on my bathroom water leak. If I could give a 10 Star Review I would, but 5 is the highest you can give. I truly would recommend Cesar and his wonderful company for all the work, questions I had (and there were alot of questions), professionalism, and outstanding work not only putting my bathroom back together but giving me an updated, beautiful new bathroom. Project Manager was knowledgeable and professional. Called for a free estimate. They were nice enough to leave me with a complimentary, industrial sized dehumidifier overnight while I did some price checking. Decided it'd be cheaper than the deductible to just fix the problem myself. They respected my decision and said my use of the dehumidifier overnight would still be no charge.
If the damage would have been any more severe & worthy of paying the deductible, I definitely would have hired them to handle the demolition, drying, and disinfecting.
Friendly staff, same day service, available 24/7. Highly recommend to anyone who doesn't know how to properly handle water damage.
