My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work performed by Hector C. He spent quality time explaining how he planned to fix the damaged ceiling, walls, and moldings. He established a time that he would begin each day and arrived at exactly that time. Hector was prepared! He always brought the supplies required for each day's tasks.

He was quiet as he worked and kept us apprised of any issue he thought we should know. His final product is wonderful. Nobody would suspect the amount of damage that he erased with a very professional approach. We are very pleased.

DRR was quick, empathetic and effective. I had another restoration crew tell me that I needed to replace the whole floor after a water burst and to not even attempt to dry the floor. DRR came in and dried everything up and took care of the project in about a week. Highly recommend

Called and had questions pertaining to swimming pools which they do not restore. Josh called me back, listened and gave me excellent advise and suggested another company that would better help with my situation. Had a water leak from condo above. Met Ryan from square one and he got to work. I stayed away for a few days while he dried my place out. Came home to areas where drywall doors casing and base were removed and found it spotless my belongings were put in other rooms with care and a obvious goal to exceed my expectations. I was in the insurance world for work and in close to a decade of working behind other dry out companies Square One was clearly the best even knowing I have seen other companies that do fair work.
