We hired AZ Fire and Water Restoration after a house fire on 3/31/19. Today is 11/23/20, a full 20 months after the fire and the home is still not complete. My sister, Yhara Quiroz, has written a detailed review shedding light on her experience that I would suggest you take a look at.

We have dealt with 3 different contractors and the general manager of the business and have still been unable to finish this project. Conversations with these people end in empty promises that serve only to stretch the timeline of this project out. We feel trapped as there is no one left for us to turn to in the company to hold them accountable.

They refuse to be held culpable for lost items and shoddy workmanship. The only thing they have been consistent about is requesting payment for their services. My sister has spent countless hours staying on top of these people making sure work is being completed. If it weren't for her, AFW would have taken us for thousands of dollars.

Everyday that they do not finish the work is another day that we have to think about the fire. We are unable to move on emotionally and their actions suggest that they simply don't care.

Tom Campbell called right after I clicked the send request for estimate button on-line. He was incredibly polite and extremely helpful. He listened to my issues and made an appointment right away, convenient for us. Not only did he do a very professional job, but went above and beyond, especially with how reasonable the price was.
