This is the second time I have used Coit carpet cleaning services. I had Miguel clean my carpets last year. He is a very hard worker and really worked to clean my carpet...and it looked great when he finished. I appreciate his professionalism, hard work and timeliness. We had water damage in our new home after Best Buy installed the washer/dryer incorrectly. Within a couple days after Leonard and Lawrence came out to assess and give us a quote. As soon as we heard from Best Buy they were here to clean up the mess. Lawrence was extremely professional and walked me through where the damage was and how much of the wall to take out. I felt very comfortable throughout the entire process even though it was very stressful seeing our new house in this way. I would recommend this team to friends/family.

We used Slate for a shower leak and refrigerator leak. Lorenzo was knowledgeable, on time, and friendly. He made sure the area was dry and clean before leaving-super professional. I would recommend Slate Restoration to anyone. The office staff is friendly and they were always in communication with us.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

I was quoted one price and then they added more and more. I was told the carpet cleaning g would be $169 and the stretching would be $250 for first two rooms and $50 for each additional. So should have been $569. Ended up paying over $900 which was a-lot more than I was quoted. Also the worker ripped my curtain down and hid it in my closet without telling me what he had done. I found it after they left. Carpets were not clean when they left and they wrote in the receipt that it was due to my not opting for more services. When I spoke to the owner he did nothing about it. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. He didn’t care. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.
