We paid 50% for ceiling repair in June it is now October and we can’t even get them to call us back. They were supposed to do repairs 4 1/2 months ago. They still have our money. Terrible business practices!!

This company's quality of work is fine but the business side is shady! I was lied to by my project manager about fake emergency my crew had to go to as an excuse for why no one arrived to my house when they were scheduled. My crew of 1 drywall person showed up the next day and had no idea about the emergency call he was supposedly on. The drywall person said he was given no information about my job from his boss so he showed up unprepared with no products. I was told that they would add extra guys to my crew to get the work done that day but the only other person who showed up with a person to measure for the cabinets which had already been done with the initial walkthrough (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Apparently they hadn't even started making the cabinets. The guy who came to measure said based on the workload they had it would be another 5 days before it was ready. My project manager tried to make it seem like he was giving us special preference and working things out to get the cabinets ready quickly when I had already be quoted the same time frame from the guy measuring the cabinets. Were my cabinets ready on time...nope! A few days later the cabinet installer finally came and finished the job (he also had no idea idea of the emergency call he was supposedly on). Then I got the bill...they charged me to replace vinyl flooring that I never had and that they never installed!!! They also said they didn't keep track of labor hours! Don't believe a word they tell you and watch your invoice closely.

This company is the most professional with exceptional courteous and efficient staff that will get the job done. You get what you pay for and this company offers exceptional quality and efficiency for a fair wage. I would use them again in a Heartbeat! Allen F

I had a water leak in the kitchen. Did not know who to go with. Someone told me about Acuity. After meeting with Ken I decided to get my entire house remodeled. I have a brand new house! Working with the insurance was a nightmare! Ken worked with the insurance and got my tile covered. I had water damage under the tile and the insurance was refusing to cover it. I am so happy with my home. Sometimes I still feel like I’m house sitting. Hard to believe that this amazing new home is mine!! ?

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

The people at EHS are top-notch on multiple levels. Marissa did a great job of communicating with us and handling the logistics of rebuilding our block fence. The gentleman (whose name eludes me, sorry) who did the board-up was very personable and friendly and made me feel at-ease amid the stress. David is a man of his word and willing to go the extra mile to ensure a homeowner is happy. He and the crew expertly rebuilt a 30-foot section of our backyard masonry wall, and did it in record time. All the EHS staff were friendly, professional, and conscientious workers. These folks are easy to work with and very thorough, with great attention to detail. Thank you very much to Marissa, David and everyone else at EHS for a job well done!

Our condo was flooded by a sewage backup from the upstairs neighbors. The unit was completely uninhabitable. Nathan came out on a Saturday night during Labor Day weekend to assess the situation. He was prompt, professional and courteous. We highly recommend this company if you need restoration services in the East Valley.

My son & I recently experienced a house fire & Kowalski Construction was involved with our rebuild from the very beginning. I dealt directly with several different people but no matter who I spoke with they were always able to answer my questions & their response time was impressive to say the least. I always felt like I was the only person they were dealing with & their astute attention to detail was remarkable. I would definitely recommend these guys for any job you may have, you will not be disappointed!

Very professional and friendly. They were prompt and efficient. Hunter Thomas was on the job site and was very knowledgeable and answered all our insurance questions and needs. I would highly recommend this company! They do clean work and provide the customer service other companies don’t.
