Tristan was the first to show up at our home after I made the call to our insurance company. Az Fire and water Restoration came highly recommended! Tristan was very thorough in making sure I knew exactly what to expect through the drying process and what our insurance company would recommend. Even after his part was done at our house he still reached out multiple times to make sure we were getting taking care of. Amazing customer service!!!

Mason also went above and beyond to make the steps of repairing our hot water leaks as painless as possible. Everytime they were scheduled to come out he made sure they were ALWAYS on time. He also has called multiple times to check in after the work was done! They both truly care about the people they are taking care of and it shows!!

as good as theses guys are. Christian Padilla is the project Director and his crew were extremely proficient , the first thing they did was to put a barrier down to protect out flooring and seal of the rooms that required work. I highly recommend DRR for any restoration you may have

I had an unexpected flood and chose ACR from my State Farm list of construction companies to finish out the construction work. A team of two brothers came out for most of the work - Beau and his brother (cannot remember name) were so respective of my time and property-and were very particular about their work. Impeccable work and very kind.
When the construction was done - the company moved back the heavy furniture, moved in order to re-carpet and paint. Rapheal and Patrick wore little booties, not to make mess on my tile flooring or carpet. They rehooked my washer and dryer - and tested both - found a leak in hose on washer - and took the time to go to homedepot and get the part and replace this part on my washer. Again showing detailed work and respected my home and myself with respect.

I came home from a weekend trip and I had a ton of water flooding into my hallway from the laundry room. After talking with my insurance company they told me that I was going to need to use a water damage restoration company. They

We had a water leak from a bent air handler pan, which resulted in a large hole in our ceiling. After getting the AC unit replaced by Goettel, Zona Restoration came in to do the drywall repair. Great job by our technicians Nate and John. Arrived on time, completed the project and totally cleaned up. Very happy with the finished product.

Ken and his guys at Acuity took fantastic care of us after we had some water damage to our home. The reclamation company did more damage than the original flooding, so by the time Acuity got to us, we were already beyond stressed. Ken took the time to understand our needs, worked with the settlement from our insurance, and put our home back together beautifully. My family and I could not be more pleased with the way our home looks. I would highly recommend Acuity to anyone that is looking for a remodel, if your home has been damaged, really anything. They were so fast & responsive. Explained the process clearly & told me what to expect & then followed through! All of the people on the team were so professional & competent. After the last guy finished up you couldn’t even tell ANYTHING had ever happened to the ceiling it looked PERFECT! And it’s worth mentioning that the closet the water damage happened in was a work in progress & I hadn’t painted the wall after installing shelves. The guy who painted the ceiling after the patch also painted the back wall around the shelves! It was such a nice surprise everything looked brand new!
Also noteworthy, I was alone with the workers & didn’t feel uncomfortable at all which is a huge plus when you’re a woman. They were seriously the best crew of workers I’ve ever had in my home.

As a property manager is it important to have a fast responding, trustworthy restoration company on speed dial. Titan Restoration is best in business at response time and overall service.
