They were both extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, arrived when they said they would (not many do that these days!), addressed the issues, came up with a game plan and put it in motion, all within a days time. We had a small attic pipe leak for several days that resulted in drywall and baseboard damage involving 2 bedrooms and a closet in a 1958 block ranch. After some research and checking BBB I called Ryan Riedy owner of Square One Restoration to check it out. He arrived quicker than I would have guessed with a case of fancy cameras and other gear that can see the water content in the walls to see the extent of the damage without ever pulling out a hammer or wrecking bar. He took hundreds of photos to send the insurance company throughout the process. The removal of wet materials and clean up was done in total isolation from the rest of the house and rooms so there was zero dust. Floors were protected all the way to the front door. Care and attention to details at every step including excellent Covid protection by Ryan and all the professional crews. His drywall guy Shane is a real wizard with the repairs and blending the texture and color so we cannot tell we ever had damage. The walls came out great but the closet really came out even better than before the damage. You don't often get the owner of a company take such a personal interest in the project and Ryan really works hard to insure you are happy with the result and you will be even at his expense.
If you need damage restoration or remodeling you can absolutely rely on Square One Restoration to do a professional job you will be thrilled with as we are. Thanks Ryan!

Bob managed the cleanup so professionally. We always knew when he would arrive, and he was always on time. He informed us how and why, and what they did every step of the way, thus relieving much of our anxiety over the sewer backup that devastated our family room and utility room. All members of his work team were efficient and polite. It was also straightforward to establish our contract with Water Damage Scottsdale's national headquarters employees, who were very pleasant to deal with.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.
