Everett Sandoval was my main point of contact at Jenkins and he was a pleasure to work with. He was promptly available any time I had a question, showed up at each step of the way to audit and inspect his crews' work quality, and generally was about as helpful as I could imagine a superintendent being. My kitchen restoration is complete and it looks absolutely fantastic. I am so pleased with the outcome and I will definitely keep Everett's contact for the next time I need home remodeling work done. I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

Our toilet leaked (from the bottom) and the bathroom had to be torn up to contain the mold and bacteria. When they first tore it up, I didn't think there was any way it would look the same.

We had three different guys come out for this project. The work was phenomenal--it looks like nothing ever happened. But all three of the guys were high quality people. They were prompt, cordial, professional, and any other superlative I can think to attach. They took care to do it right.

Lotus Restoration Services was recommended to me from a very reputable contractor, Saddlewood Contracting, for a kitchen mold remediation service for my Buyer. The Seller and I both spoke with Jill and she did everything she could to make sure we were taken care of before our closing. Jill worked with the Sellers to fit it into their financial situation and was genuinely caring and professional to all of us. She answered all our questions, multiple times, and made sure we understood the entire process from start to finish. Even after the closing and my Buyer had questions, she sent a crew out to her home for no charge to make sure we were taken care of and put us at ease.
