Horrible service! Completely chipped my baseboards, carpet had residue so didn't stay clean (it was new carpet) and technician was rude. I would not use this place again if they gave me free lifetime cleaning! Plus they call at 7:30am day of to set arrival time, totally inappropriate time to call on a Saturday morning or any time. Coit is a joke!

I came home to a large chunk of carpet chewed up by my puppy. I panicked because I had a showing of our house in just a few hours. Customer service was great and Robert was able to come by at the last minute to squeeze in another repair before he went home for the day. Repair was fast and it looks great. Highly recommend!

The guy that owns this, Richard Sparta, is a lunatic. I totally believe the reviews on here how he ruined somebody's rug due to his incompetence and then tried to blame it on them. Look up this guy's insurance fraud that he tried to commit a couple years ago in Phoenix. What a joke.
