It is rarely or almost never that we post reviews on a public website. However, it is imperative we make this exception, given the service we received from Tristan during our stressful situation wherein our home had a water leak and subsequent significant damage. Tristan was instrumental in relieving our stress by his calm and kind demeanor. He swung into action immediately - estimates and clean up of our place were done within the week and 3 weeks later our home is back to normal. Discussions about payment were almost non-existent - there was trust and the priority was to fix the home. Attention to optimizing cost while doing an excellent job were evident in the discussions. Updates were frequent and timely despite having many other projects on the go - It was like he was fixing his own home! We had a valve break in our bathroom. Waking up to 5” of water. I called AMPM and they were right there. They came in and knew just what to do. We didn’t have to worry about anything they handled I️t from beginning to end. They helped with assisting us with our insurance company and took lots of photos. Their technicians were very knowledgeable , respectful, and understanding. This is huge when your world has been turned upside down. Thanks Guys

WARNING! AVOID! I had a minor flood in my house. Somehow the insurance company chose Zona Restoration to do the restoration work. They didn't bother to check in with me, the owner, during the process, only after they wreaked havoc and it's been a nightmare ever since.They tore out almost everything, even when it obviously wasn't necessary (maybe just go get more money from insurance?). They threw away custom cabinetry that had nothing wrong with it, threw away knotty alder trim that was custom made and sanded and finished that had no issues, and greatly increased the replacement costs. They ripped out drywall where there was absolutely no water damage. Removed sprayed foam insulation where the water didn't even reach, and did it all without even checking in with the owner of the home (me). A tiny guest house with a small flood, know what they charged for this? Over $25,000.

They did great work on all the water damage cleanup. I'd use them again.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

I was over charged for the job performed. They only found water staining on the drywall, so drywall needed to be repaired. The workmen did cut several holes and poke holes to make sure there was not any other water that we could not see, so this was good. Containment was done. I am concerned that the containment was not done properly because it has gaps, and does not have the 3 stages built into it. I have a medically fragile child, so containment for even dust is important.
