What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
