We could not be happier or more impressed with Arizona Fire and Water. They promised everything would look as if nothing had ever happened and the result of their work is that our kitchen which was flooded looks better than before. Dave Younan and his entire crew were fantastic.

Best company to deal with for any water damage or repairs

Absolutely outstanding!! Our hot water heater was apparently not installed correctly some time ago ~ which did not allow the pressure valve to release unfortunately this caused our hot water heater heater to burst. Dan was our project manager he handled our job with with absolutely outstanding professional service he arrived within 1/2 after I called him immediately diagnosing the situation and getting everything under control. We were informed about every aspect of the if they whole process he handled our home as if it was his home. The work area was always kept safe and extremely clean he throughly checked for additional water damage and also returned to ensure the area was drying out properly instead of just doing “ the minimal to get you by and we will leave these fans running until we get back sometime “ he went above and beyond to ensure that our project was done correctly. I am very very pleased.

It was a pleasure working with this company. Their mold remediation was very effective. Now we are sleeping well because the musty smell is gone.

ASAP Restoration came highly recommended so I called them up and Annette said a tech would get back to me on arrival time. Jeff called on the way from an appointment and he and Rick arrived earlier than promised. We had initially contacted another company earlier in the week.

Being the point of contact for a business in an emergency situation can be draining. I wish we had the recommendation sooner. Jeff & Rick (happy birthday Rick) got right to the inspection after talking with my boss and came back with the results and was able to begin the 5-day dry out process immediately upon approval. Can you say I was relieved? They installed the fans and air movers in every area that was impacted. They returned today to take readings. They also gave recommendations to help the process along. I am very pleased and am ending my work week better than it started. Our church is happy with their work and pricing for water mitigation services.

The overflow valve in my upstairs bathroom was leaking water through onto the main floor. Andy and Luke from bright home construction were at my house in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday evening. They checked all around for water damage and were able to pinpoint that the water was coming from my overflow valve and left a fan for me to be able to dry out the drywall in my ceiling to avoid potential mold growth. Since there was no actual leak or significant damage I didn’t need any restoration/drywall repair so Andy left the fan for a few days and didn’t even charge me for his time or for his equipment. They’re the type of company that you can trust and call on a weekend night and they’re there to do honest fair work. I highly recommend and will be using them for any construction/handy man needs in the future. I found out their company can also do energy efficiency testing and solar, pretty sweet company that runs a big enough operation to be able to “do it all”, but feels like a ma and pop in terms of customer service and integrity.

Zona Restoration is caring and conscientious and I recommend them highly. Let’s face it, when you NEED restoration because of flooding or some other ordeal it’s not fun. My need for Zona Restoration’s service were caused by carless mistakes made by a contractor. It was so nice to have the people with Zona step in and clean things up. Their staff (especially Jacob) were very meticulous. Zona had to dry out then completely gut my daughter’s bathroom, remove a bunch of drywall and hardwood flooring from a couple rooms affected by the accident. They did this fast with great care and concern for my family. My wife NEEDS her house clean and is very distraught when it’s a mess. Zona Restoration did an amazingly thorough job of cleaning up all dust and debris from their work. Nobody had to ask or demand them to do this…they did it on their OWN. I’ve spoken with the leader (Aaron) and various support staff (Kathy & Shauna) and found EVERYBODY in the organization to be top notch. Thank you for your help cleaning up the mess at our house.

Tom Campbell called right after I clicked the send request for estimate button on-line. He was incredibly polite and extremely helpful. He listened to my issues and made an appointment right away, convenient for us. Not only did he do a very professional job, but went above and beyond, especially with how reasonable the price was. Ray at Arizona HydroPro is a true professional and was able to quickly and efficiently resolve a second floor tub leak, which caused significant damage to our property. He diagnosed the issue and helped put the pieces back together for us. We are so grateful!

Absolutely horrific company to work with. Every there needed to be managed by myself while working at the house for quality and completion, which took a ton of my time trying to chase after them to do the work. I suggest looking at other companies before having to deal with ATH Restoration.
