Can't say anything bad about this company. they repaired my roof and actually paid from their own pocket to purchase some fans and lights which the insurance company didn't covered.
They've well organized and performed crew.

This company has an operations manager named Tony who does a great job of managing his team. Everyone in this team is professional and knowledgeable about their jobs. I had a leaking washing machine that flooded the majority of my house. Tony communicated with my insurance company and coordinated the best outcome for our family. While I was at work he and his team communicated with myself and my wife in what the next step was. This company and their team (Leo) are my go to when it comes to water restoration or home disaster stuff. I highly recommend these guys to friends and families all day.

After a year of being a customer of Phil's I would have expected a more professional outcome

Charged over $7k to remove Sheetrock that had fallen from hurricane Laura. Didn’t do what they said they would do. No mold remediation. No fans. No treatment. No blowers. Nothing. In and out in less than an hour. Had to pay another company to come in and remove remaining Sheetrock, insulation etc. out of pocket.
Total scamming, storm chasing company.
