This isn’t a good company to do business with. They drag there feet doing work, my family and I would wait weeks for them to fix the smallest things. They were referred by our Homeowners insurance agent, I wish I never did any business with them.
Please save yourself a headache and hire another company. The worst part is our home still isn’t finished and the decided to file a judgment against us.

I called AM/PM to come out to review a water leak. After 10 minutes in my home, my insurance company called and recommended to me that I should ask them to leave until the insurance company could review the situation. I did so, and AM/PM sent me a bill for $468 for the 10 minutes they were at my house. I said I needed to work with my insurance company on billing. A week later they sent me a nasty email stating they were raising the price 33% unless I paid that day. While I was out of a house dealing with a major problem this company tried to exploit my situation and strong arm me into paying without going through the proper insurance channels. After requesting they not act in this manner and that I was still waiting on a response, they become unresponsive and sent a threatening letter saying a lien would be put on me if I didn't pay immediately. All of us this was only 3 weeks after the initial services were rendered. I would strongly recommend no one doing business with a company that chooses to operate in this manner.

The sad thing is the people who did the restoration work on my flooded apartment did more damage to my things than the flood itself. To top it off, they refuse to cooperate with my insurance company. It took approximately 10 days after the flood for me to be able to move back in. Upon coming home I noticed scratches on walls, doors and my dresser and bed. The dresser cost $4000 and the bed frame $3000 and we're only purchased a few months prior. The worst thing is that per my neighbors they left my front door open the entire time they were doing work on my unit. This includes at night when no one was there. They didn't lock up! Luckily nothing was stolen. Avoid this business like the plague.

ASAP restoration has my confidence. I called and received a very prompt response from their answering service. I needed a quote for something quite complicated and instead of giving me a run around they gave me direction pretty immediately. The owner Josh gave me a call within a very short time of my inquiry and offered very professional and helpful information. He’s very knowledgeable! He even followed up afterwards with information we discussed, which he did not have to go out of his way. It’s so appreciated when companies (especially the owner) take the time to treat prospects like long time clients. This is a high quality service team and they are also fast, like their name implies!

These people work extremely efficiently. Every step of the way, they work like a perfectly oiled machine. As stressful as my water damage was, Kareem and his team did a very good job.

Momentum was able to schedule someone the same week I called. Joe the technician was very friendly and professional. The next day, I noticed a few streaks after the couch dried. I called and sent pictures and Joe came back within a couple hours to fix the remove the remaining dirt.

I would highly recommend this company. they are professional and provide great quality work.
