I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. Im disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home as it was prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.

They were so fast & responsive. Explained the process clearly & told me what to expect & then followed through! All of the people on the team were so professional & competent. After the last guy finished up you couldn’t even tell ANYTHING had ever happened to the ceiling it looked PERFECT! And it’s worth mentioning that the closet the water damage happened in was a work in progress & I hadn’t painted the wall after installing shelves. The guy who painted the ceiling after the patch also painted the back wall around the shelves! It was such a nice surprise everything looked brand new!
Also noteworthy, I was alone with the workers & didn’t feel uncomfortable at all which is a huge plus when you’re a woman. They were seriously the best crew of workers I’ve ever had in my home.
