Jenkins Restoration did a great job drying out our water damage and preventing mold. We had an upstairs toilet leak through the ceiling of the downstairs bedroom. They got out immediately and got to business. Everette and Caleb were there every day for a week checking on everything to be sure it was drying properly. I would highly recommend Jenkins Restoration.

Called Bright Homs Construction, LLC one night around 9PM after experiencing a flood in our master bath. They were very responsive and come right out and started to dry out the areas, They were very helpful in getting our insurance claim filed and to make sure we received the. amount we needed from the insurance company to complete our job. They did some trim work to replace baseboards and door facings and repaired places damaged on our walls.

I was totally Satisfied with their professionalism on and sensitivity to my personal restoration. They had an extraordinary response time, were thorough, prepared with all necessary equipment and clean-up, they also were great with follow up, and all communication was straight forward and honest. Highly recommended. Everyone I was in contact with from initial phone calls, through service and project management to accounting were phenomenal. Josh, Shane, Chris H, Chris M. , Richard, Stephanie and Erika, Tammy to name a few. They are a great team.

They hired the best and everyone was on target everyday with every task and I could not be happier. After we had a water leak I hired ehs to dry out the area (I opted not to have them restore). Everything looked ok, however I later discovered that they didn't dry out the floors and there was still a significant amount of water under the floorboards. This led to additional damage to the floors that forced me to replace the flooring. Considering that I only needed them to dry the room I was disappointed to later find water.

We love working with this company! Shauna is always a joy when she comes into our office. We feel confident sending our clients to her because we know she will take care of them like family. Highly recommend the professionalism and quality of work.
