Best General Remodeling in Phoenix AZ

This is a class operation. Specifically, Jake and Christian whom handled the tear-down and clean up of our wet floors. If i could give them 10 stars,I would. Ripping up wet floors from a concrete slab, mitigating mildew and air borne spores is a huge undertaking. But all was handled by these two pros with aplomb and care for their customer. Highly recommend Service Master Restoration here in the Valley.

They responded very fast and did an excellent job repairing old water damage from an exterior door leaking and making sure it didn’t happen again. And it hasn’t through two very big rain storms. Highly recommend.

Their team was incredibly responsive, and they arrived on-site within the hour. They worked quickly and efficiently to remove the water, dry out the affected areas and restore my home to its pre-damage condition. If you need water damage restoration, this is the company to call!

They were seriously incredible! I had a massive flood on the second floor at my commercial property in Old Town Scottsdale. It was a nightmare when I walked in (water running for 7 Hours, completely ruined an entire office and the showroom below it). I called the first company I saw online and luckily it was Go To Services. They showed up within 30 minutes and reassured me that they would handle everything. Within an hour there, more than a dozen people showed up to save the day. I have a vivid memory of them all walking in with smiles on their faces and letting me know that it would be handled before I knew it. My blood pressure dropped immediately.

It wasn't long before they had cleaned all the water up, had fans blowing, dehumidifiers running, had plastic everywhere, and we were discussing how they could put it all back together. Which they did....in record time! Not only was I happy but my tenants all raves about them over the coming weeks as they put things back together. The finished product was on point.

I have been in real estate for 25 years and it was hands down the best service experience I've had to date. I have Go To Services on speed dial in my phone now!!!!

They procured all the materials; plus planned and coordinated all of the services required to complete the project. I love the BLUSKY crew! Justin Herman and Pamela Godsil are great people to work with! My apartment community had some areas that needed immediate attention and they were ON it! I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.
