This cleaning service was stealing our medication. My wife discovered this and replaced the pills they were stealing with laxatives. In retribution, they reported us to CPS the next day and we had to face ridiculous allegations about the medications they were stealing being left out where our 3 year old could get them. Left out means the top drawer of a chest of drawers in our closet. Our older girls were pulled out of class by CPS and we get strange looks now at the daycare where we bring our 3-year old because CPS stopped by to examine her at the daycare. Also - they are terrible cleaners - I had to have areas redone on a regular basis. Use these people at your own risk and lock up your medication and valuables. And if you get them angry, be prepared for CPS to be at your door.

We have been with Poolman for a very long time. They have a great deal where you get a leased salt system, but when something goes wrong, the follow up takes so long, the customer agents are rude, they do not show up when they say they are going to, and are ill equipped to fix issues or don't know how. We had our monthly price increased $30 per month to balance all of our chemicals due to chemical shortages. Yet, my pool keeps turning green and because it takes them so long to get back to me we have to buy more chemicals and fix the pool ourselves. Then they had a technician come out and fix our timer and assure me this was the issue. $270 and a week later the pool is green again. You can't call and get a hold of anyone directly, they have to call you back. When you ask for a manager to call you back, you never get a call back from a manager, you talk to a rude customer service agent. Sometimes a good deal is too good to be true!
