I was impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated by this fire damage restoration service. They were able to salvage many of our belongings and restore our home to its pre-fire condition. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Our tech Sean called a half hour before arriving. He gave us an estimate that included the current Coit promo of a 40% discount. We agreed and he set up his equipment. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. We opened windows and turned on the ceiling fans and the rugs we dry within eight hours. The kitchen tiles and grout cleaned up very well and was dry before he left. I would recommend both Sean and Coit.

When we saw water damage behind the wall in our guest bathroom, our home warranty company sent out a random plumber. They looked at the wall and called a restoration company I knew nothing about. I did not receive a report. I was busy with work, and always had that itch in the back of my head telling me something is wrong. I felt lost in the process and dismissed like my little dainty woman brain wouldn't understand words such as drywall. If my husband was meeting with a client and I was alone, I honestly didn't feel safe because I felt degraded by them. I'm the boss in literally every aspect of my life. The estimator and other girls in the office are polite and professional.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..
