Best Fire Damage Clean Up in Phoenix AZ

I used Don Restoration for the demolition side of a water damage claim and mold removal. I am very happy with my experience, the entire process was smooth, Ally was the person that helped me schedule everything, she was very responsive and helpful with all my questions regarding the process and what to expect. The workers that took care of everything were Russ, Chris R, and Scott, they did very good, quality work and were great at briefing me on the work that had to be done each day when I would stop by to take a look at the progress. As an accountant I also have to congratulate their Accounts Receivable department for providing such detailed documentation of the work performed as back up for the insurance regarding their billing. I would strongly recommend Don Restoration for anyone needing water damage repairs or mold removal.

Josh was wonderful. It was my first time dealing with a problem like this and he was patient with me, answered all my questions and he was on top of everything, honest, and straightforward.

Josh the owner of the company literally threatened me saying he was going to send someone mean to my house.
Reason being is the original employee he sent did a terrible job - worse than a regular house maid would clean... that being said he was a nice guy and I didn't want to make anyone feel bad or get anyone in trouble however, he did not do a thorough and good job of cleaning and I did not want him to come back the next day. I was making this request to Josh when he laughed at me and said fine I guess I'll send someone mean to your house

Speaking to someone like that (who is clearly in crisis if you're hiring this kind of company) is completely unprofessional, non empathetic, and uncalled for. I would expect a higher level of professionalism and kindness from a company that deals with crisis clean up. If this is how the owner of the entire company treats people I can only imagine that the entire company is run this way.

This guy was hired by allstate to check on moisture issues found on a bedroom carpet in my home after a heavy rain..He came in and suggested the claim from allstate to be dropped and advised he could do the work of drying out the area, replace the padding under the carpet and that he would check for the issue causing the leak..
A fan was placed in the area and left overnight..The area was checked the following day and the padding was never replaced and the cause of the damage was never looked into..The charge for using a fan? $300..When he was questioned via email about the work and the charge the entire story of what was going to be done had changed and a breakdown of costs was created in an attempt to justify the $300 charge.
A deceptive and dishonest business that overcharged and didn't do as promised..I would steer clear of this shady businessman..
Allstate was given the information and hopefully, do not use this business for any of their claims issues..

I had a hot water tank leak that went through and around the pedestal and into the walls. Kevin and his team were very professional (on time, polite, informative, and cleaned everything up when they were done). I was told upfront what they were going to do, why each thing needed to be done, and how long their services would be needed. Their calculations were spot on and they also helped me with my house insurance.claim. Im disabled and wheelchair bound; they made sure all their fans were placed effectively, yet did not hinder my ability to get around in the hallways. They moved some on of belongings for me that were getting wet and that I wasn't able to move myself. When they were finished, you could not tell they had ever been there (meaning they left my home as it was prior to the water mess). I highly recommend SERVPRO and would definitely use them again.

They made my home better than they found it. Doug was a great project manager, very communicative and professional. They took my burned out home and made it good as new!

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
