I got to my house this morning from a long business trip, I called the Water Fighters and showed up in minutes. its a shame that I went through this but these guys did a fantastic job at drying it all out.

I'm currently going through a rebuild process at my home due to water damage that occurred just before Christmas. I expected delays due to the holidays and the process of selecting a general contractor to perform the job. I selected Az Fire & Water due to their reputation and on-line reviews, so far I have not been disappointed with the quality of work and their punctuality, they are always here when they say they are going to be here and even though I had to wait longer than I wanted for them to start the actual rebuild process I really appreciated the fact they were up front with me about how long the whole process would take and so far they have been right on the money with their scheduling. Recently I had Mario out at my place doing the drywall repair, and painting and was not only impressed with how quickly he got the job done but also the quality of work he did; you would have never been able to tell that anything happened with the areas he repaired. In addition, Mario was very nice & polite and I enjoyed our conversations during the 2 days he was working on my Kitchen and living room.

We had WMF technician to fix a smoke damage in our house and it was a great experience. Everything was perfect for scheduling the service, interaction with the technician. The technician would let us know what was going on. I am 100% satisfied with WMF service and I’ll use them again in the future.

The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Disaster Recovery Restoration for any water issues.

These guys are awesome and really helped me out! I was getting scammed by a horrible restoration company, and ASAP Restoration was able to explain the scam to me and help me avoid it. Josh, the owner, especially has gone above and beyond any reasonable expectation of customer service. Additionally the guys they sent to my house were prompt, professional, and did a great job. You can tell they care about doing a good job and really interested in helping you as much as they can.

They were AMAZING! They came out same day, they were SUPER nice & professional, they fixed my roof in a very timely manor. Also, I was on a budget & they worked with me to keep it from going over what I could afford without lessening the quality of service. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are and I'd recomend them to ANYONE.

I had some pretty bad water damage to my roof that was quickly and easily repaired. I wish I could rate them higher!

They were assigned to our home owners claim for a roof leak as we had some water damage in several places in our home office.
They came out and did an estimate for drywall repair and a few other issues related to the water damage. It was going to be about $2k to fix, $1k I would be responsible for due to the deductible. That's fine, makes sense and we all agreed.
When they came to fix it, they were only there a few hours and did not replace any drywall, just stripped off the bad paint and repainted it.
Most places would have charged a few hundred for that. I called them and explained that they didn't do even half of what was quoted. They indicated that there is a minimum charge to have a drywall person come out even if they don't replace it and it was around $400-$500 for that charge (I can't remember exactly, but something outrageous). Fine, but even if you have $500 for the drywall labor, you maybe have 2 small cans of paint for $75 total, paint brushes a couple bucks each, lets go with misc supplies at $100 total to cover bases. I am not seeing $2k worth of work, or even $1k. They never refunded any of it.
They are shysters and I would definitely never use them again. Very disappointed.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
