Best Environmental Testing in Phoenix AZ

They came right away to take our water damage right away it was great but 3 months with no floor and they brok our patio door. We asked them everyweek if they could fix it never did anything . poor communication. I would never recommend that we had to hire a different company and they move way faster

Josh, Dan and their team did a repair job on my home including the restoration of our carpet, walls and paint in two rooms, a hallway and two bathrooms. I will say I am happy with the overall quality of the work!

I am admittedly, not an easy person to work for and both Josh and Dan made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. Josh even sent someone to caulk the open grout lines against the walls and vanity even though it was not in the work-scope for our home repair. Hats off to ASAP restoration.

We were told they were about six weeks out to get to schedule our house. It is now almost six weeks and we find out last week we are not yet on any schedule. Don't know if or when we will be scheduled. House is a mess and unlivable. When I call they are polite and tell me they will check with someone and call me back.
I have never received a return call. NOT HAPPY CUSTOMERS!!!!

5 stars for Johnny Coranado and his team on the tear down of our leaking kitchen sink and the surrounding damaged bar. 1 star for Bingham's billing department who dragged their feet getting the estimate to our insurance adjustor, I had to call them 4 times before they would submit it.

Update: The owner called to ask what exactly happened. I explained the debacle with billing in more detail. He listened, and apologized. He also explained the outsource their billing (not that it makes any of this any better), and told me he would look into the details of my account further. I sincerely hope he considers moving billing in house.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.
