Best Emergencies Water Damage in Phoenix AZ

We came home from vacation to find a toilet leaked all week. We called 1-800-Water Damage and they came out within a couple hours and helped get our home dried out. Nolan was very helpful and professional. Would recommend them to a friend and will use them again if we ever need this type of service again, hopefully not :)

Fantastic and prompt service. They went above and beyond remediating the water damage we had by allowing me to hand off the project to them completely so I didn't have to worry about it.

They communicated extremely well and really made you feel that they cared about your issues while handling the communication with other contractors and claims adjusters very well and kept everyone on the same page.

It was our first water leak in our home and to be honest didn't know what to do. I looked around online (Yelp, Google Reviews, BBB, and just the general AZ ROC) and found ASAP to have a pretty good amount of reviews all 4 stars and above. So we gave them a call. I first spoke with Josh, the owner, who asked for detailed information and asked that I send him pictures of the damage via text so he could determine the size of team and severity it was. Then the appointment was scheduled.

The next day his team was out along with his ops manager, Dan, to assess the damage and begin their process. I was impressed with how clean oriented they were by using large amounts of plastic sheeting and creating zipper doors to protect the rest of my house from getting drywall dust everywhere.

Overall the process was about 3 days and Dan was even kind enough to let me bug him day or night it seemed like with any concerns/questions I had. We now have our house back in order and we couldn't be happier. We definitely be calling these guys back for any future needs.

One of our upstairs sinks was left on while we were away flooding the space between our floors. Servpro’s team Lorenzo, Rick, Maurice & Luis dried out our ceiling & floors checking in daily while things dried out. We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

I called 2 other companies priors to calling them. They were the only company to answer and were there under 40 mins. I was very thankful for the prompt response time, since the sewer line baked up at my condo complex. They are fast, professional, and do great work. If you need fast quality service call them.
