AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! To cover everything that went wrong in the 5 month it took Belfor to replace my living room/kitchen floors (even though the actually replacement done by a subcontractor took 1 day!!) would take too long, but here are the highlights of the experience I had:
- Belfor misquoted the flooring price to the insurance, as they used prices from 2021, so we had to go back and submit another estimate.
- They constantly did not follow up and left me in the dark on what was going on
- Blamed delays on the insurance, when I had emails from the insurance stating exactly when they had tried to contact Belfor and nothing was followed up on again by Belfor
- Blatantly lied to me about who did what when I had records of everything
- Belfor staff said they will call me and never did even after multiple attempts to speak with my case manager
-Belfor staff came to the house to pick up a floor tile that was damaged to find comparable new flooring, but never took the sample, so they had to come back. They also came several times to measure.
- Belfor staff came to my home to look at new flooring samples, but failed to bring the samples.
-Belfor staff send me paperwork that they are putting a lien on my house, before they had ever started any work
- I was not given a final invoice, yet was pushed to sign off on the work and sign that I will pay the final bill even though I had none.
-The absolute highlight however was that when I finally got my bill they added my deductible as a billed item. WHAT?? They billed me directly and did not deal with my insurance on the payment at all, so why would they add $2000 to my bill as a charged item? I am just glad I caught it, as I can only imagine all the other customers they try to do that to, who are not as diligent and just pay they bill.

Prompt response and follow up to my calls. Came to my house the next day to give me an estimate to clean a house full of Travertine. The price was reasonable for the amount of work that needed to be done. Scheduled an appointment for the floor cleaning. Coit reps called me and were actually early. They worked their butts off and my floors look fantastic. Would recommend to anyone.

After we had a water leak I hired ehs to dry out the area (I opted not to have them restore). Everything looked ok, however I later discovered that they didn't dry out the floors and there was still a significant amount of water under the floorboards. This led to additional damage to the floors that forced me to replace the flooring. Considering that I only needed them to dry the room I was disappointed to later find water.

They showed up the same day I called to start service and were done within the same day. They did their best to keep the cost as low as possible. Carlos, Francisco and Kenny were very professional.

Leonard is top notch. He will be direct and honest with you, so you know your options and don't end up being disappointed with the results. Also easy to talk to and will give you answers you need.

Nothing but the highest praise. Made a nightmare situation actually manageable,
