I cannot say enough good things about our experience with ServiceMaster. Our basement recently flooded and ServiceMaster was on-site within hours.
Charles and Jeremy were honest and up-front in their communication with us; they checked in daily, called ahead, provided timely updates, were always available for questions, and worked directly with our insurance company so we didn't have to.
They made a disastrous event feel manageable. If we could give 100 stars, we would.

Anytime you need a restoration company, you know it is a stressful time, but Venturi was like an answered prayer. The entire team was absolutely fantastic and super professional. From the master craftsmanship of Larry, to the organized project management by Aaron, Isabel, and Stephen, and the team of movers who took amazing care of my belongings. They kept me informed every step of the way and didn't close out the project until I was completely satisfied. 5 stars doesn't seem high enough a score for the wonderful work they did and their great customer service.

The sad thing is the people who did the restoration work on my flooded apartment did more damage to my things than the flood itself. To top it off, they refuse to cooperate with my insurance company. It took approximately 10 days after the flood for me to be able to move back in. Upon coming home I noticed scratches on walls, doors and my dresser and bed. The dresser cost $4000 and the bed frame $3000 and we're only purchased a few months prior. The worst thing is that per my neighbors they left my front door open the entire time they were doing work on my unit. This includes at night when no one was there. They didn't lock up! Luckily nothing was stolen. Avoid this business like the plague.

Hired AZ EC, Inc to remove old popcorn ceiling that tested positive for COVID. Just kidding, it tested positive for asbestos! Bryan was great to work with and his crew did a great job. The job was harder than expected and the team put in the work needed and the quote never changed.

We got what we wanted - no more popcorn ceiling and a clearance test saying we had no more asbestos.
