I had severe damage from winter storm Uri, and was out of town when the damage happened to my home. I arrived late at night to find a disaster zone in my house. I filed my insurance claim and they contracted Go To Services to do my mitigation work.

Jason and his team were prompt and professional at every step of their work for me. They looked for every possible issue and hired very trustworthy laborers to do the demolition work on my home. I just wish they were a local company so that they would have their entire team available to complete my job from start to finish.

All I can say is they are a quality team, and God bless them for coming all the way from Arizona to help us here in Houston. I don't know how long we will keep them here, but I and others have been sharing their business cards with our neighbors and hope their families will forgive us Houstonians for keeping them here a little longer. We need you and we appreciate you!

Our toilet leaked (from the bottom) and the bathroom had to be torn up to contain the mold and bacteria. When they first tore it up, I didn't think there was any way it would look the same.

We had three different guys come out for this project. The work was phenomenal--it looks like nothing ever happened. But all three of the guys were high quality people. They were prompt, cordial, professional, and any other superlative I can think to attach. They took care to do it right.

When I called Square One I spoke with Ryan (Owner) who was very polite and knowledgeable. I explained my mothers home received water damage a few days ago and the carpet is now starting to smell. He stated he cold come over that afternoon! He and his assistant surveyed the damage the first hour and explained the water damage to the carpet, pad, base boards and drywall. They brought in equipment to dehumidify and dry out the home. Five hours later my mother called me to say they just left and they were very polite, quite, respectful of her property and the house smells good again! I have nothing but good things to say about Square One and Ryan. I recommend them to anyone who need home restoration services!

Andy was more than professional and great to work with. I had a small tile project and was eager to get it done. He was prompt with the appointment to review the job and provide a quote and then the crew was on time each day to get it done. Ken and his guys at Acuity took fantastic care of us after we had some water damage to our home. The reclamation company did more damage than the original flooding, so by the time Acuity got to us, we were already beyond stressed. Ken took the time to understand our needs, worked with the settlement from our insurance, and put our home back together beautifully. My family and I could not be more pleased with the way our home looks. I would highly recommend Acuity to anyone that is looking for a remodel, if your home has been damaged, really anything. Their work is amazing and they are friendly and very easy to work with!

First Onsite started drywall on a project last December, but left everything else unfinished. They tried to tell me they needed to replace my entire upstairs floorboards even though only a few boards we're damaged. Replacing my upstairs flooring would have resulted in a minimum cost of over 1,000 in excess parts alone. When I located the replacement model, the technician told me the model was out of stock and if he found it the tint would not match. While I was being ghosted by First Onsite, I found another contractor to replace my floorboards using the model I found and it was a perfect match. Months later First Onsite tries to bill me for repairing everything when all they did was drywall. I sent them documentation of the unfinished work and requested a corrected invoice. It took them two months to send an updated invoice and the new invoice still included costs for things that were not done. Though I was promised an updated invoice a copy months ago I still haven't seen one. In the meantime they have tried to issue a lien on my home twice. Both times I have had to contest the lien referencing the unresolved billing issues. My experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. It is nearly the end of October and my billing issues are not resolved. I'm surprised they have 4 stars. Maybe they treat companies better than people. 11/5 update: this matter is now resolve. Updating review from one star to two stars.

He man that did the work was great but the company and project manager never came to check on job and they did not bring materials to the worker they had to use my extra flooring to finish the job I told the project manager I would not recommend the company to anyone and he said he don’t care this company was recommended by my insurance I told them what happened hopefully they get removed from the contractor list

Great experience! Very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. My water heater burst while I was out of town and they went and took care of everything right away and even coordinated everything with my insurance company!
