I have had the best experience with this company. I had been living in my apartment for only 2 1/2 months and I became very ill. I noticed a mildew smell coming in badly, and I called ASAP restoration and was given advice of what to do and useful information. ASAP restoration had referred me to a company to come out and do mold testing within 24hrs. Come to find out there had been mold in the walls and was not properly fixed from previous water damage. I am so thankful to have made that call when I did, it was inhabitable environment to continue to live in with myself and children. I am definitely going to keep them for future reference and will recommend them to anyone in need! This is the first time I've ever written a review but these guys were awesome. We had significant water damage in the home and were pretty stressed out about it. They showed up less than an hour after we called and cleaned everything out. Moved all of our stuff blocking the damage and then put it back just like before without a single scratch. Super easy to work with, very professional, fair on pricing and did a fantastic job - can't recommend them enough

Titan did everything possible to make my experience great. Insurance told me they enjoy working with Titan. That in itself says a lot.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
