I am so happy I called 1-800 Water Damage. From the very first phone call, I could tell they were an amazing company. Not only did they make it to my home in less than an hour after I called them, but they answered all of my questions and helped me understand the entire process with my insurance company. Calling them was the best decision that I made. They handled all of the flooding in my home in LESS than 72 hours. And that's say A LOT since I accidentally flooded two bathrooms, a hallway,my master bedroom, a closet, and a connecting wall! At first I felt totally embarrassed because I had left the bathtub running for well...a very long time - but they were so professional and I instantly felt like I was in good hands. Thank you Alicia, Nolan and Tom for all of your help! I've got your number save in my phone should I ever need you again! You guys are the BEST!

I had a special experience with Gateway. My mother just went into the hospital when I discovered a leak in guest bathroom after driving in from San Jose. After they were called in, everyone worked professionally and efficiently. After I explained my situation and told them we needed that extra room so we could help take care of my mother when she got home, they expedited the whole process, and everyone was on their game… big thanks to Tim, Aaron, and Eddie!!! It was a great comfort knowing they were taking care of everything, from dealing with insurance, stopping the water damage and drying things out, to making things happen amazingly quickly.
