Best Construction/ Remodel in Phoenix AZ

I would never recommend this company to anyone. In my opinion, they are careless with your items that they are supposed to try to salvage, communication is very poor, and they have very sketchy billing practices. But who cares, insurance is covering everything right? You don't need to actually scrutinize what we are doing. Ha. If you have a choice, unlike me (my insurance brought these people to us, but I made sure I relayed my experience to them so they would never use them again), DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We had a custom entertainment wall constructed by Water Fighters. We had a concept that included a stacked stone center, with linear fireplace and mantel. Two knotty alder cabinets on the sides and floating shelves with lights. The end result was better than we expected. Cesar and his crew were amazing. I would highly recommend Water Fighters, you won't be disappointed.

ABSOLUTELY WORST MANAGEMENT

They did a mold inspection of our house three months ago. They were really educated and helpful. They informed us that the mold in the basement would be examined and eliminated.

Had the unfortunate displeasure of using Go To Services.
Communication to you as a customer is terrible. Even after repeatedly asking for communication, long lengths of time went with no response just for me to reach out again. Communication within the company is also very poor. Empathy and assurance are no where to be found.
Some contractors will be sent out by GoToServices that they contract with, the work is not actually always done by them, just so you are aware when possibly planning some type of repair. Don’t always believe them when they say “we are sending out one of our best people” yet a company truck will pull up for a different business. Can be very… “snake in the grass” with wording and approach. Listen carefully.
VIDEO RECORD ALL REPAIRS AND COMMUNICATIONS WITHIN YOUR HOME. I unfortunately did not. People will say that communication never happened, items will be broken and you need to supply proof of them damaging items. Yes, some things were owned up to and taken care of but others are ignored.
Project was not completed. Left over work to be completed. Left over trash after EVERY visit. Promises to clean after repairs, that never happens.
Took a repair that should have been done within a couple weeks and have now gone 5 months with no resolution. Contractors sent out continue to damage items or other parts of the home unrelated. Company now stating that no resolution is available and they are ending communication based on actions.
If I ever have a choice to go elsewhere, it’s high on my consideration list considering my most recent experience.

Had an odd smell in my home after being on vacation for some time. Received a call from Josh and he was so helpful. He advised me on some steps I can take first before doing a mold test and sent me helpful articles to help me complete the process of elimination. I really appreciate how straightforward and honest he was.

Having a disaster is a very stressful situation, thankfully I was recommended to ACR from a friend. They were professional and very helpful in explaining all the steps in the process. The technician came out in middle of the night to extract the water. They handled the loss from the dry out to the put back. I am thankful for their help in getting my house back to the way it was.

Bob and Ryan with square one were awesome. Couldn’t have asked for a better company to help us with our problem. Bob was exceptional in his work and just a great guy! Titan did everything possible to make my experience great. Insurance told me they enjoy working with Titan. That in itself says a lot.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

Fast response. Was professional and knowledgable about how to dry my kitchen as quickly as possible after a water leak.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.

Current rating 4.7 star and on their way to a 5 star. Give Bethom a call and make sure to snag CJ as he is the best!

Our condo was flooded by a sewage backup from the upstairs neighbors. The unit was completely uninhabitable. Nathan came out on a Saturday night during Labor Day weekend to assess the situation. He was prompt, professional and courteous. We highly recommend this company if you need restoration services in the East Valley.

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.
