I can't say enough about the company, the staff, or the customer service. My home and barn were hit by a microburst and suffered unbelievable damage. The repairs, the rebuilt barn and the extra touches are so much more than I expected. My neighbors are impressed with the quality of work and I am in love with my little ranch. It's more than just doing business, it really is going the extra mile. Thank you. From the bottom of my heart!

I was in charge of hiring a plumber to remedy some cast iron plumbing issues at a bathroom tub. Elite plumbing was the first out. They scoped the toilet line and discovered compromises in the sewer lines. They then suggested and assured us that we could get insurance to pay for remediation and replacement of cabinets, flooring, etc., that would need to be removed and replaced to get to the sewer lines.
I asked Matt from Elite Plumbing why they don’t wait for the insurance company to approve remediation before proceeding. He said we needed to establish plumbing damage so the insurance would pay.
I did not realize it then, but most homeowners’ insurance policies do not cover sewer-related damages, but they do cover plumbing leak-related damages.
Within an hour, Matt had Quick Restore out to the property, and they turned on water valves in the kitchen and bathrooms to make it look like plumbing leaks.
The next day they began removing cabinets and clearing space for sewer demolition. Because the home was older, they ordered asbestos tests. They tented the kitchen and bathrooms, then removed the cabinets, then removed the drywall up to the top of the cabinets. They tore the house apart trying to establish or remove proof of plumbing damage.
A week later, the insurance company sent an adjuster out, and they denied the claim because it was all sewer-related damage.
Quick Restore and Elite Plumbing’s’ strategy to get the insurance company to pay did not work, and it cost the homeowner an extra $5k to restore the property. ON TOP OF THAT, Quick Restore billed the owner $5K for their unneeded demo work.
When you have plumbing damage, please don't let these companies make you think insurance will cover the damages. Always wait for an insurance adjuster to validate your claim.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

My mom went out of town and I went to check on her home. Her toilet had been overflowing for some time and had flooded her bathroom and hallway. I called Swyft restoration and they were there within the hour. They cleaned up the standing water and applied some sort of vacuum suckers to the drywall. Within a couple days all was dry and no wall or floor damage. No drywall repairs needed. I definitely would recommend this company and will use them again if needed.

They were hired by my apartments property managers to fix water damage in my unit. It took them two months to get approved to do the work, then several weeks past the date they told me it would be done to finish the work. They left my closet doors unattached and just laying in the bathroom plus a huge mess to clean when I got home from work. When I told them to get someone out to install the doors, they told me it would be nearly another week to get a 5 minute job completed. Bad communication as well, I had to reach out to them several times during the process because they never kept me informed of when they planned to enter my apt. Just a bad experience all around. Sad thing is that most of the employees were very nice and did good work. That's why they got 2 stars.

Paul and his team were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and extremely professional...I wish all contractors operated this way. Thankfully there's still people out there who are experts at what they do and also care about helping people more than they care about taking their money. This was an experience I'll share with everyone I know and I can't reccomend them enough. Thank you Paul for being involved with your company and running it the way you do!

I had discovered a flood in my Condo after arriving from out of the country. Zach and his team arrived quickly to my property and assessed the damages and helped me throughout the process. Considering my condo was a mess they were professional enough not to make a bigger mess. Iam so happy with their work and cleanliness. I hope I never have to go through a stressful situation like this. But if I do I will be calling Thomas Restoration because they made this difficult process so much easier! I highly recommend Thomas Restoration and team.
