nice young men worked well together as a team to tear out water damaged wood floor but as i called them- home wreckers- as a joke and that they did as it was their job it took 9 days to remove 1200 sq feet they could have needed more help to speed up process the basic core team was great but new guys showed up and didn't have the team work down - I was satisfied but had to call on management to get them to work Saturday as they said they were taking basically Friday thru Tuesday for Labor day off while our wood floors had yet to be removed-Good job a l scrapes and nails left on floor and walls but that is what it is-they needed more help I would reccomend ServPro and this season of haboobs gave them too many jobs

This is the second time I have to use a restoration company. First time I didn't have such a great experience but this last time I used water fighters and they made the entire damage seem like nothing ever happened. I'm happy with there service and recomend these guys to anyone.

This company was amazing and was so helpful during a time where the house was completely flooded from storms. Not only where they able to get to the residence quickly, they did a thorough and professional job determining the extent of the damage. David was so professional and honestly cares about his clients and their situation. He and his staff went above and beyond working with me during a time when I was desperate. They did not take advantage of the situation, were honest and thorough about options and helped me take care of the problem. They relieves so much stress and I would recommend them to anyone who needs help with any sort of water damage. They will be prompt, trustworthy, honest and caring. Eric removed the moldy cabinets in my kitchen, treated mold, was extremely communicative throughout the whole process. He flawlessly fixed my drywall after the mold was removed and he reinstalled cabinets that he found for me. Eric even matched the paint in my kitchen when he was done, and when all repairs were completed he cleaned the area. My kitchen looked like NEW, like nothing had ever happened.

I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!

The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. I was very pleased with their kindness and helpfulness.

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.
