EHS was referred to me by my insurance company to handle an issue with the water supply hose in the master bathroom that burst and ruined the carpet in the master bedroom, the vanity area and the master closet. Their project manager Marissa was delightful to work with and the office personnel were great especially Kajlie who had to put up with my endless questions since I had never experienced this type of problem before. I had an issue with the insurance adjuster low balling the cost of the replacement carpet and Kajlie had a solution that turned out in my favor. Everyone I dealt from EHS with was prompt, professional, courteous and respectful of my existing furniture that had to be moved out so new carpet could be laid then put back. I had a pier unit that was a challenge to move but Jamie was great in getting it disassembled then put back together. Marissa had a challenge in matching the grout in the bathroom and when we thought we had a match, when it was beginning to be installed, Jamie quickly realized it wasn't a match at all. Marissa then got back to the insurance adjuster quickly to let him know the tile would need to be replaced too. Once approval was received Marissa found me a tile she thought would look good, found it in town and available and it was installed a couple of days before Christmas. Needless to say I'm very happy with my experience with all facets of EHS Restoration. I would highly recommend them!

They helped me understand the situation and the steps/timelines I could expect. They worked with me on game-planning the restoration, and gave advice on how to best proceed. Kustoms communicated with me every step of the way and showed a genuine interest in getting me and my office taken care of. Trusted them with both the mitigation and the complete renovation, and I wasn't disappointed. Kevin and his crew entire worked tirelessly to get me back up and running. Genuinely a great group of people, and despite the circumstances that led to it, I am glad I got to work with them.
