I cannot say enough good things about our experience with ServiceMaster. Our basement recently flooded and ServiceMaster was on-site within hours.
Charles and Jeremy were honest and up-front in their communication with us; they checked in daily, called ahead, provided timely updates, were always available for questions, and worked directly with our insurance company so we didn't have to.
They made a disastrous event feel manageable. If we could give 100 stars, we would.

While I was out of town I got a call form my landscaper who told me there was water coming out of my front door. I Had a great experience dealing with this company. They were very professional over the phone and had someone at my property within the hour. Everyone in the company I spoke with answered all my questions and took care of the mess. My insurance company was very pleased with the work these guys did. Definitely a company of excellence and I recommend it.

We had the best experience. We unfortunately had a devastating toilet related flood and called the first company that came up on google. We were so lucky it was 1800 water damage. They came over quickly on a Saturday, the were completely understanding that we were upset and unsure what to do. The two gentlemen that helped us were Adam and Jordan. They were trustworthy, professional and quick. They passed the inspection right away and our insurance company was happy with their service as well. My son is on the autism spectrum and they humored him when he kept saying hi and bye and even were patient when he was running around because he was anxious about what was going on.

We became first time homeowners in October and to have such a devastating claim within the first year, people like Adam and Jordan made it so much easier by putting our minds at ease. Thank you also to the owner Tom for hiring such a great crew. We appreciate the quick service and great communication. I hope we never need see you guys again but if we need to, we will definitely call these guys again. Based on the pictures I’ve sent family, they said this was some of the cleanest best work they’ve ever seen. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Had an issue with mold that needed to be addressed. Contacted Phoenix Mold Removal Pros and they were able to come out very quickly. They were very professional and did an excellent job of removing the mold. Highly recommend.

We had a leak in a Powder Room, and multiple plumbers thought it might be coming from the Master shower. Other companies were prepared to tear down the entire built-in Master shower, but ASAP took a more conservative approach and found that leak was coming actually from a toilet in another bathroom! (imagine if we had torn out the shower and it wasn’t even the source of the leak?!)

ASAP’s plumber got it right in their process-oriented careful testing. ASAP also took proper care with setting up a containment barrier for removing drywall, carpet, and baseboards, and bringing dryer fans. They met with the insurance adjuster multiple times and worked hard on our behalf to maximize our State Farm coverage. When one of the contractors made a mistake and removed tile he wasn’t supposed to, Tony the Operations Manager absorbed the cost and made it right.

While we experienced a few hiccups, Tony always took our call promptly and never dodged the difficult questions. He was patient, he was thorough, and he knows the business well. He never made excuses or tried to backtrack up on his commitments, even given extenuating circumstances that others would have tried to weasel out of. Tony and his people didn’t. They are stand-up guys. That is what makes us a 5 star review.

I had a water leak from the dishwasher. It flooded most of the house while I was gone. 911 Restoration came in and cleaned up everything. They walked us through everything and helped us figure out what to do moving forward. I highly recommend this amazing company! Thank you!

Tom Campbell called right after I clicked the send request for estimate button on-line. He was incredibly polite and extremely helpful. He listened to my issues and made an appointment right away, convenient for us. Not only did he do a very professional job, but went above and beyond, especially with how reasonable the price was. What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first. I could go on and on but at the time that my wife and I were overwhelmed and stress over our flood Rocky came in and took care of it all. Will recommend Rocky and his company to anyone anytime.

If I had the ability to pay a bit more to have these guys do this project I wouldn’t even hesitate. We were so impressed with them! Excellent communication, so knowledgeable, organized, detailed estimate with photos, courteous, responsive… the whole package. They will be my first call when we start renovating. You can tell they are good at what they do and take pride in their craft.
