An inspection on the home we were selling revealed an unexpected mold patch in a bedroom closet, a mere six days before the scheduled closing. There was no way I could envision the job being done that quickly, but when Josh heard of my extraordinary circumstance, he quickly assigned his best guys to the task.

From the estimate to the mold removal to the testing to the reconstruction, every worker who came to my home was professional, personable, and dedicated to doing the best work possible. I trusted them to work in my home alone at times when I was unable to be there. The end product was flawless, and you truly would not have known that the wall and baseboard had been cut and replaced. And wouldn’t you know, the carpenter finished the final touches on the paint and left our home literally ten minutes before the buyers arrived for their final walkthrough—and they were also pleased with the result. I couldn’t believe the team actually pulled it off in that timeframe!

Again, ASAP Restoration exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process, and I highly recommend their services for anyone else’s mold, flood, or fire restoration needs. We had a water heater threatening to blow so, in a panic, I called them for help. I'm sure it was just dumb luck, but Luis showed up in under an hour from the time of my call. Their administrative folks were very nice and professional. Luis shared his assessment of the problem and we discussed options, which led to my decision to pursue the original install company because of the warranty. But Luis was very kind and generous with his honest feedback. I felt no pressure from him to choose RotoRooter. Though I will likely have the original plumber fix my problem, I would not hesitate to call this company in the future. Great experience!
