Best Biohazard Decontamination in Phoenix AZ

Had Arizona Fire and & Water out to my house a couple months back and would not recommend them to anyone. Don't waste your time and go with someone else. They don't care about customer satisfaction. Took forever to returned calls and did a poor quality work. If I could go back in time I'd of gone with like Dryfore or a better company with better customer service and quality of work.

I have had the privilege of working with Tom and Alicia on several water damage jobs. Not only are they the best at what they do, they are incredibly responsive, communicate well, and have the client's best interest at heart. If my family were experiencing water damage, 1800 Water damage would be the first and only call I would make!

Mike and his team did such a fantastic job drying out our home in multiple locations after water and storm damage. They were courteous, efficient, and so easy to work with. It was refreshing to have a service team be on time to every appointment, and have such clear communication back and forth. This company is the worst company I have ever worked with. They overcharge insurance, do poor quality work and are not easy to get a hold of.
