I am using this company to deal with some smoke damage issues and I found them to be very responsive and the pricing was fair. Straightforward and very honest.

My parents had a big house fire the other day and our insurance agent (my brother in law) asked for them because he saw how well they worked on other homes. Well, i am so glad he asked for Kowalski construction. They did it all. From board up, to photos and videos, to help my parents get a beautiful home in the end. After a house fire, no one knows what to do or what's going to happen. These guys (especially Riley) have been nothing but the most professional, courteous, and helpful of all after the fire. They calmed my parents down, talked them through it, and gave them hope. What more can you ask for after something so big happens?!? You made it a lot easier for us to get through this.

I'll post before and after photos, but we have a long road in front of us and so glad you are the ones with us!!! Update- we are done. We have had some issues along the way but it was expected. We only have 1 big problem and we are working it out. The back yard was left unfinished even through it was in the initial paperwork to have Kowalski's do it. I won't go into detail until we see the resolution.

We had Square One builders do some major remodeling to our home in Surprise, Arizona. . We could not be more happy with Square One. Led by Payton Edwards his crew was always on time and beyond polite. Anything we asked them to do they were happy to accommodate us. Any questions we had about the job, no more the time of day Payton would always answer his phone or get back to us in a timely manner. Can not say enough good things about this company and Payton. I would hire them in a minute to do any construction job I might have in the future. Simply tremendous!

They were assigned to our home owners claim for a roof leak as we had some water damage in several places in our home office.
They came out and did an estimate for drywall repair and a few other issues related to the water damage. It was going to be about $2k to fix, $1k I would be responsible for due to the deductible. That's fine, makes sense and we all agreed.
When they came to fix it, they were only there a few hours and did not replace any drywall, just stripped off the bad paint and repainted it.
Most places would have charged a few hundred for that. I called them and explained that they didn't do even half of what was quoted. They indicated that there is a minimum charge to have a drywall person come out even if they don't replace it and it was around $400-$500 for that charge (I can't remember exactly, but something outrageous). Fine, but even if you have $500 for the drywall labor, you maybe have 2 small cans of paint for $75 total, paint brushes a couple bucks each, lets go with misc supplies at $100 total to cover bases. I am not seeing $2k worth of work, or even $1k. They never refunded any of it.
They are shysters and I would definitely never use them again. Very disappointed.

The work that this company does is impeccable! They are very knowledgeable in what they do and provide extremely clean work areas and are very respectful to you and your home. 10/10 would recommend.

Contact me prior to contracting with this company. You should be prepared for what you will and will not receive regardless of assurances and promises.
I did not get a choice as I am a tenant and not the property owner. I am currently awaiting a return phone call from two weeks ago. Personally, I would explore other options.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

I honestly wouldn't trust most people to do extensive jobs in my home like this but there's something about them that made me very comfortable with the situation. Rich and his staff were incredibly professional and compassionate to the damage in my upstairs area due to a bathroom flooding. He was expedient in scheduling the same day I called. Courteous in giving me heads up text that they were on their way. Not only did he and Tyler fix the carpet that had to be pulled up, but did an incredible job of cleaning the area. The two gentleman were extremely professional. They went above and beyond. In today's society it is a breath of fresh air to meet those who truly care for their craft and take pride in a job well done. Thank you gentleman! I will definitely call on this company again!
