They were hired by my apartments property managers to fix water damage in my unit. It took them two months to get approved to do the work, then several weeks past the date they told me it would be done to finish the work. They left my closet doors unattached and just laying in the bathroom plus a huge mess to clean when I got home from work. When I told them to get someone out to install the doors, they told me it would be nearly another week to get a 5 minute job completed. Bad communication as well, I had to reach out to them several times during the process because they never kept me informed of when they planned to enter my apt. Just a bad experience all around. Sad thing is that most of the employees were very nice and did good work. That's why they got 2 stars.

Any time you go through a disater. Your world goes upside down. As you all know its very stressful for many reasons.
Best decision I made was to higher Josh and his team. Tyler, Marc, RG you became my friends. You took such care to pack my possessions, taking pictures of everything no matter how small. Labeling everything so no issues on the other end. You are proffessional, reliable and so much more.
Josh,what can I say. Ive never met anyone with such dedication to customer service. You walk, not talk. Im not an easy customer. Josh never waivered. While the employees were decent the damage left behind was worse than from the flooding. If not for the insurance company making payment without my authorization I would have had some recourse. There was a considerable amount of damage to the closet and room doors caused by the machinery that was used for extraction. South Ridge in Mesa, I will a picture of the damage.

Austin Blood and the crew at Rocky Mountain Restorations was truly astounding. Impeccable customer service, fast turn over times, and staff that are truly knowledgeable about the services they provide.
