We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

We were about to have over 50 guests show up for a graduation party for our children when my wife discovered a leak in our garage- OH NO!!!! I had a friend refer R2 Fire and Water. From the moment I called Justin, I knew I was in the right hands. He arrived almost immediately and put my wife and at ease. The process was seamless with all their knowledge and skill set. We were able to continue our party and they took care of the water and mess. What a true team! Justin, Joe, Joey, and Shelby were all top notch professionals who helped us fix and remediate our garage back to better than it was before. THANK YOU ALL!! I would refer this team to anyone.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

After searching all day for an emergency company who could help me fix my leaking toilet I decided to go with this company. They came out here in less than 30 minutes and took care of the damage right away. My insurance company paid them directly. They put my house back together the same week and my problems were solved. I wish I had just kept searching. Im giving one star because they were available quickly. I was listing my house for sale so I needed my carpets fresh and looking good and in a short time frame. The owner came out initially and was on time. I had my master bedroom restreched ($264) and there was a seam or something that had seperated so I needed that repaired also ($180). In my other two bedroom doorways they also needed minor repairs done ($90ea) And then all 3 bedrooms cleaned. The repairs in the two bedroom doorways did turn out ok and the stretching turned out ok. Was it worth the cost? Absolutely not. The problem comes in when the second guy (Mike) comes in to clean the carpets after the owner leaves. Im not sure what he was doing but it definitely wasnt cleaning! The carpets were barely damp, smelt like mildew was built up in the equipment and the equipment hadnt been cleaned in forever so now it stunk SO bad. Upon inspection when he said he was done I immediately expressed my dissatisfaction and called the owner. He acted as if were lying and this has never happened before. I asked him to come back out to see what I was talking aboit and he said he couldnt because it was 345 on a Friday. The lady that scheduled my appointment called and I told her that I REFUSED to pay for carpet cleaning because it wasnt clean. They kept saying 'oh its just the wear' ok I get that it will have wear but the carpet wasnt that old and WAS NOT CLEAN. The repair in the master bedroom burns me up everytime I look at it because its very obvious. They also said that they would use a piece of carpet from in my closet for the repairs and would replace with a piece that they have (another $100) so I told him where to take the carpet from and instead he took half the walk in closet so now I have half in one color and the other half in another color. Keep in mind I was listing my house. He offered to come out another week to reclean but that would mean ME being inconvenienced by having to take another day off. I went up to Lowes, rented a machine, got some cleaner and did it myself! Was NOT $700 worth of service!! $400 more and I could have just had all brand new carpet and pad installed from a big box store and it wouldnt look half a** like it does now.Wish I could post the pics I have after they cleaned and after I cleaned!

One day a pipe busted in my bathroom Flooding my entire bedroom and my laundry Room and Servpro was amazing they took out all of the water they kept me updated on every single thing I would highly recommend using servpro again and everyone to use servpro because they are beyond amazing I don't know what I have done without servpro

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.

I had water damage and asbestos in my walls. Bryan was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the process. They got in and completed the abatement quickly and did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend their services!

Mark was very prompt to come out and give me an estimate and check for interior damage from the rain. Had no issue getting him and his crew started as soon as my insurance agreed Ex to have the work done. I had 5+ spots in my ceiling damaged from water and he removed the drywall and insulation, repaired it and painted the ceilings and you can not tell at all where the work was done. Very professional and quality work. Will use him for all my interior needs in the future!

We used Interstate Restoration for a water damage restoration project. Interstate was the preferred vendor of our insurance company. In a day and age when most contractors could care less, Interstate demonstrated a commitment to clear, timely communication and high work standards. This was particularly so with Mark Serey, Project Director who bid the job and worked with me to accommodate the budget. We went through a couple revisions which was no problem for him. He handed the project off to John Lulaj, Project Manager to coordinate the different teams. John is very knowledgeable about details and procedures of construction. His experience generated confidence. The project involved dry wall, tile flooring, electrical and painting. I was highly satisfied and can recommend them for restoration or remodeling at a reasonable price.

After I experienced water damage in my home, I believed I was engaging ServPro of Scottsdale to completely remediate the damage. It wasn't until the drying process was complete and carpet was still pulled up and walls had been demolished and not rebuilt that I learned ServPro had only agreed to dry out the area and not completely restore it. The owner was completely unconcerned about the miscommunication and informed me it would be six weeks before a crew would be available to finish the work. This left me on my own to find a carpet contractor and a drywall contractor so I could completely recover from the damage. Additionally, ServPro filed a twenty day notice of lien to make it easier for a mechanics lien to be filed later if I didn't pay for their services. This was very insulting since an invoice hadn't even been sent. Once I paid the bill, the owner refused to provide a follow-up release notice to indicate the payment had been made and no lien was going to be filed. The series of interactions with the business owner was so unsatisfactory, I would never use this business again. I have shared this review with many others.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
