I can't rave enough about Square One Restoration!! We did a total remodel of our 1960s era kitchen (complete with the original floor and oven). We gutted the entire thing down to the concrete.

Ryan at Square One helped us from the very beginning of the project through the last detail. He guided us through the entire process of lay-out design and choosing the materials like cabinets, hardware, flooring and counter tops. We had no idea how many tradesmen I project like this would take ,we had a ton of people come into our home for the project: masonry men come seal up an exterior door, a carpenter for the cabinets, electricians for the can lights, pendants and additional outlets we added, a plumber, and a tile guy for the floors and backsplash Ryan was an expert at keeping us aware of when different people would be arriving, what to expect, what they were going to be working on and letting us know of any changes to the schedule. His communication was extremely transparent and attentive. Also, the work space of our home was kept extremely tidy and orderly. Aside from the obvious construction zone of our kitchen, all of the different tradesmen left the work space clean and organized at the end of each day, never leaving tools or materials laying around which we really appreciated!

I must also speak to Ryan's attention to detail. When remodeling an old home, you're bound to find a few surprises. One example that came up, our drain for our sink was tiled 1/2 an inch downward, instead of 1/2 inch backward, which was causing water to sit in the line. Our other sink cabinet had a dampness we could never figure it out. This is something that someone could have easily skipped by with us being none the wiser, but Ryan informed us he was going to have a plumber come correct the issue before continuing to move forward so everything was done the way it should be. It was corrected, and everything was right back on track. I can't thank him enough for treating our home as if it was his own, and making sure everything was perfect!

We are in LOVE with how it came out, and we now can't wait to remodel another area of our home with his help!!

A water pipe from an upstairs bathroom broke and the subsequent leaking caused the ceiling in the downstairs room to collapse. Andy and his crew came right away and within two days all of the damage was repaired, the walls were repainted, and everything looked absolutely wonderful.They were all very professional. This company is so PROFESSIONAL and VERY NICE. They have been to my house almost every day working on my huge mess of a water leak in my kitchen. Taking out cabinets and clearing up Mold and Mildew. Had a great experience with Zona Restoration this week. They came out to do air quality sampling in our home after some allergies really flared up. Justin was great in getting me squared away with an appointment as quick as possible, and Chris coming out to do the inspection and air quality sampling was equally courteous and helpful. We recently had the misfortune of having our water heater breaking and emptying all of its water into our guest room. Our walls and carpet were fully soaked. We called 991 Restoration and Rocky Dunn was at our home within an hour. The damage was extensive but Rocky and his crew worked for several hours removing the effected dry wall, molding and carpet. They immediately set up all the necessary fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying process to insure we did not develop mold. The drying process took several days, and Rocky was there each day to check the moister levels. After the drying process was complete Rocky coordinated the reinstallation of the carpet and began the work of reinstalling the drywall and molding. His pricing was very reasonable, and his work was impeccable. Rocky was also very helpful in working with our insurance company minimizing the total time of disruption to our home. While this is not an event anyone wants to go through, we were very fortunate to work with Rocky and 911 Restoration. Highly recommend Rocky and his team for any of your needs.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. Guillermo is an exceptional tile man, a true artisan. We were very pleased with the end result. I would highly recommend this company for any restoration work.

Lied to by this so-called restoration company. Suppose to repair kitchen, bathroom & garage. Abandoned and collected money from my insurance company for incomplete and messy job. My calls to General Manager, Paul were never returned. Had to take off work on 3 occasions for nothing. These people owe me money for lost wages and valuable time lost. They have no respect for customers time. I only wish I read some of these other reviews 1st. Shame on me. Beware. I suggest using reputable and established companions like ServoPro.

Got 5 estimates on my property from different licensed contractors. These guys where 6x more expensive than any other estimate! How is that even possible!!! I would make sure to shop around before making a choice.
