My name is Monica McCommas. This morning you responded to a call from my insurance company after someone drove their car into my house. And you here quick. You guys showed up seeming genuinely concerned that we were all OK, you were professional and knowledgeable. Your team did a fantastic job of making sure my concerns were addressed. You guys immediately put my fears to rest. I cannot thank you enough and I wish their was a way to spread the word to everyone I know. I did place this comment on Facebook so everyone locally will know and I intend to place this on Yelp. If there is any where else I can post PLEASE let me know. These days it is so hard to find companies like yours that look past the profit and take care of the customer. What started out to be a day from Hell actually turned out not so bad. Great response to emergency situations when in need. Johnny Rogers is very responsive and on top of his jobs. Great follow ups and communication for him and the whole team.

Matthew and Cody are very thorough and professionally commutative. I honestly wouldn't trust most people to do extensive jobs in my home like this but there's something about them that made me very comfortable with the situation. Shannon was my carpet and flooring cleaner and can I just say WOW! She was so professional, courteous, and friendly. My carpets are spotless and she did a fantastic job in no time at all. Highly suggest requesting her personally to be the tech that services your home! I will definitely be using this company, her specifically, for all my flooring needs.
