I HIGHLY recommend Water Damage Scottsdale! We had flooring being laid in our master bathroom, and a pipe connected to the toilet busted, and water went from our second floor to our main floor ceiling, walls, and floor to the bathroom ceiling. This was off-hours on a Saturday, so they were grateful they had people available for emergency calls. First, Jordan came to assess, and he was excellent and very detailed. Then Bob and his team came, and they were awesome! They were super efficient and nice, explaining what they were doing, and I feel confident that everything will get taken care of with the water cleanup and repair. Largest Monsoon storm of the year, I was called after midnight to do a cleanup of a property that this company manages. They were already on site in the middle of the storm cleaning up a roof that had collapsed and storm damage he was very adamant about getting somebody out there right away and making sure it was taken care of so his customer could open early that morning. So we did just that! His goal was to have his customer not lose a minute of his normal operating business hours. I will say that if I ever need somebody to manage my property and take care of everything from A to Z it would be this company and Justin Herman. He was a pleasure to deal with and I am sure that good properties were the only ones on the Block open that morning. You Get what you pay for. I truly believe that if you find someone like Justin Herman, he is priceless. To find somebody that will take care of your property as good as you would or better, is like finding a unicorn.
