ASAP restoration was the first place I called when I noticed water coming through our ceiling in the bathroom. Sure enough they were the only call I needed to make! They came out immediately and addressed the roof as well as set us up with an industrial dehumidifier to help keep away mold and bacteria. Then through great communication they were able to get me a quick estimate and detail exactly what they would do to alleviate the issue. The work they do is second to none! Couldn’t be more satisfied! The owner, Josh, is easy to work with and really cared about getting the job done quickly and expertly! Everyone we worked with throughout the process was professional and efficient! Don’t hesitate to call them if you find yourself in need of help, ASAP!

We had to have furniture removed and stored during water damage cleanup. The people from Integrity were professional, efficient, and very courteous and helpful. Jesus and Lucas, who brought back a partial load today were most helpful. The original packers were also very good.

This company is a complete nightmare scam. We have got a referral from our insurance for small water damage restoration project and 3 month later we still haven’t heard anything back after 6 people came out to the house to ‘ take measurements.’ We even found the material in stock made all the arrangements and still no effort on their end to complete the project they just stopped returning our phone calls. We made sure they are removed from the insurance referral list - they are a complete disaster and should not be in business scamming people.

We were out of town when our pipe burst, flooding our home. We called ASAP Water Damage Restoration, and they were there on time. Kareem and Mohammed were able to clean and restore the damage quickly and professionally and finish well within the quoted time frame. Thank you guys!

Our HVAC leaked into our walls, causing mold and water damage. As soon as we saw evidence of the leak we reached out to Square One Restoration based on the reviews we read online. The reviews are accurate. Ryan answered our request within minutes of submitting online. Cory was the individual that serviced our home and he was timely, knowledgeable, kind, patient, and professional. Ryan and Cory provided recommendations for other professional services that we needed based on the situation without us even asking. They worked directly with our insurance company, so I am currently unaware of the cost of this particular scope of work, however, we asked them to look into another area in our home not covered by insurance and the estimate they provided was very reasonable. They of course provided the same quality of work in the second area. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who has the unfortunate luck of needing mitigation services. In Aug 2022, my home in Gilbert was hit by a giant monsoon storm that overwhelmed my sump pump and flooded 80% of my basement. I called Andy's team and Andy himself came to my house after-hours to measure and photograph the damage...he actually spent 3 hours ensuring an accurate, complete estimate was prepared to submit to the insurance company... outlined in a format exactly how the insurance company claims department requires!

This is so HUGE...because, the insurance company's initial review of Bright Home Construction's estimate was my final approved claim amount...when I spoke to the insurance claim's manager she said, and I quote, I don't see anything on here that would be an issue covering.

More so, even if there was, Bright Home Construction actually is one of the few rehab/renovation construction companies I know that works directly with Insurance companies on behalf of the homeowner; negotiating, explaining, and articulating the proper claim amount and coverage is received by the homeowner.

All in all, it was less than 20-days from when claim was approved to project completion...and they made it a point to complete before my daughter's 11-birthday party!!!

They knew what they were doing, how they were going to do it, and were honest through throughout the project. If you have any mold, bacteria, or even experience a tremendous disaster like me they are the ones to call. You will not regret them and they will make your home look better than new!

I have to say the Max was an absolute delight to have work on our home. We had damage caused by another company during installation of our air handler, and you can’t tell it was ever there!!! He did amazing work!!!

What can I say. Mr. Rocky Dunn is a very professional person at what he does. Rocky goes above and beyond to get your problem big or small taken care of. He is very knowledgeable at what he does and wont leave the site until all question one may have get answered. Customer always comes first.
