This company gets it's work by paying the plumbers. I hired George Brazil to fix my hot water heater. Restoration HQ came out and did a terrible job. They even made my insurance company mad because of their poor quality work and excessive billing practices. They tried billing for things they didn't even do. I had to hire another company to come in and fix their terrible work.

Completed the work in a timely fashion. We’re very quiet while they worked so we hardly knew they were in the house. Great to have that room cleaned out.

After a tumultuous encounter with a plumbing leak and repairs, we met with Chris at Kustom who took care of the damage caused by the leak. After working with him, he was so helpful and informative, we decided to have Kustom also do the back part of our house as well as a bathroom remodel. He kept us informed and updated during the process. When it was time to start, we had the pleasure of meeting Jimmy who was the Project manager. He met with us and covered everything from A to Z. He laid out the timeline of events as to when the pack out folks would come, demo crew, drywall crew, flooring, bath remodel and painting would be done. Blanca the pack out/in manager and her team did a fantastic job boxing and packing and moving all to a storage pod, then moving us back in, even doing a light cleaning of our place! Jimmy and Crew paid so much attention to detail and kept everything organized and on track to be completed in the two week timeline. Jorge and his crew that laid our flooring on point! It's safe to say the work that Kustom did was outstanding! WE look forward to them doing our Kitchen remodel after the first of the year! Slate Restoration is hands down the best restoration company in Arizona! I had a water pipe break and they were at my office cleaning the mess and getting fans on the carpet within 20 minutes! The owner and his employees are efficient, honest, and above all care about their customers. That is hard to find in that industry. I would recommend Slate to ANYONE needing restoration services. Thank you Slate for being the best in Arizona!

I highly encourage you to NOT use this company. I gave them my deposit on time to recommendation from my insurance company to repair a large fire damaged home. They didn't tarp off ANYTHING. They took 2 months to even apply for my permits after getting my plans from the architect. Which I never ended up getting. After almost 5 months they requested more money to complete the job in the amount of almost 50k more. Had to find out my project supervisor got let go by calling after no answer for awhile from him. So we are now at 6 months with almost nothing done. They completed a little bit of demo of the damage. But I paid alot for it and had to pay 2200 of overhead and they didn't even do anything. I had to ask for them to haul away a ton of demo trash they left in my front yard. Appliances. So much stuff. And I requested a refund due to the delays we have had and lack of work so they did refund me my remaining deposit. But when I requested the overhead back, no answer after two requests. I will be reporting them to whatever higher up that hold contractors accountable im assuming the registrar of contractors. This company is a joke. They didn't even tarp a gaping whole in my ceiling until 5 months later after many rains and snows here. They said it wasn't in their scope. So who knows what water damage might exist now. I gave them plenty of chances to remedy the situation before posting a review. So my suggestion, don't use them. Even if your insurance company recommends it.

Here's my short but heartfelt 5-star review of the Envision3 team. We have had absolutely solid, professional treatment by Jason and his crew. Testing process was very rigorous, as our issue was very difficult to locate as it is a newer, and a very clean and neat home. Jason had his mate come out to do a second test after hours (8 to 9 pm) as the issue was aggravating by night.
Alas, we have been trying to locate the mold problem in our walls for over two years (!!!) and Jason did it! Many tests were included in the quote, and the Envision3 team was definitely not stingy if more tests needed to run on top as it appeared. The wide array of measurement equipment was used, so they are very well equipped indeed.
All in all, kudos!
No photos as we haven't opened up the walls yet, but Jason has lined us up for the mitigation as well. Super. Highly recommended.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
