Water Fighters came right away to help with my Water Restoration and Water Damage Reconstruction project and I couldn't be happier how it turned out.

They came, walked my wife and I through the process of how it would work with our insurance, and were responsive throughout the whole thing. They made the room and bathroom that were flooded look exactly the same as it was before, like nothing ever happened.

We work very closely with Arizona Fire & Water Restoration and they are nothing but amazing. Jim Doorley and Brad (with tech) have gone beyond our expectations and we greatly appreciate it.

Top notch service from this restoration company. Jose & crew arrived quickly, performed the mitigation and cleanup perfectly. He came back every day, on time, to check on the dry out process, until properly completed. They cleaned everything up real good, as expected. Project manager Matt R went above & beyond to explain the entire process, answer all questions, provided the re-build quote paperwork quickly, and worked with our insurance company to get the settlement completed in an expedited manner.

In my line of business I want to work with a company that is ethical, fair in pricing and can produce quality work. All the above items mentioned RT1 has been able to meet. Best Option Restoration of West Phoenix recently cleaned up and restored damage from our old HVAC unit in our two-story home. From the first contact on the phone, Daron did an excellent job of communicating our options and following-up on the progress of the project. We have used other restoration services in the past and I’ve never seen more personal, honest, and professional work. Daron and his lead technician, Remington, and are an incredible team. I have to start off by saying customer service is spectacular! From start to finish Holly and Bill stayed in complete communication. I had a water leak some years back in my bathroom, the people that came and took care of it did not really take care of it. I recently replaced the vanity in that bathroom and notice black mold behind the vanity and on the walls. I called Go To Services and they had someone out to my house the next day. They came in and removed the dry wall about 3/4 up the wall and sprayed Kilz on everything in the wall. The people prior did not properly air out the water and causing the mold to grow. BUT this was not the only time Go To Services helped me out! I recently had a room converstion done, adding extra storage space to my home and they were able to put a wall, drywall, and paint in less than 3 days....it was AMAZING! I highly recomend this company and everyone that is involved! way to go GO TO! you have my business from here on out!
