We received immediate response and prompt courteous service. Although the process was difficult at times, since we were still living in the house, the work done was thorough, and completely satisfied our expectations. We decided to replace our flooring and insulate the wall that was affected by the water damage for additional privacy between our guest room and the family room, and are now enjoying our new house.

They responded very fast and did an excellent job repairing old water damage from an exterior door leaking and making sure it didn’t happen again. And it hasn’t through two very big rain storms. Highly recommend.

Can't say anything bad about this company. they repaired my roof and actually paid from their own pocket to purchase some fans and lights which the insurance company didn't covered.

My experience with Jenkins has been absolutely horrible. The communication has been spotty at best. I had water damage to my bathroom ceiling that required the replacement of one piece of drywall. This happened in July and is still not fixed. Today, their contractor sent out to repair my drywall showed up without any of the materials on the repair quote (beyond the drywall). When I noticed the company installing the drywall without insulation and challenged them, instead of installing new insulation (as quoted) they ripped up old insulation from another part of my house and tried to use that until I stopped them. They also used scrap wood from my fence to construct supports for the drywall.

Now I need to have another company come in and rip out what they did and do it the right way. What an absolute waste of everyone's time.

I’ve been trying to get my fence repaired for a while. Venturi came in and removed the Bloch fence, restored the foundation, rebuilt the fence with correct material and made it more secure than before! I’m very impressed with this crew and the work they did for me.

I have nothing but wonderful feedback for this company. The day we called they came out there and started drying out the walls from the flooding that took place. They have been working on the repairs on my parents house for the past few months. Even though it’s been a journey, they have been helpful, professional, transparent, and responsive along the way. My parents are so happy to be back home now and could not be happier with their “new” home! This company was recommended to me and I whole heartedly recommend them to whoever needs repairs done. I called Go To on Friday morning 2/22. Their tech, Jason called me within 10 minutes & made arrangements to see me on Saturday so he could assess what happened where my ceiling had fallen. He was there on time - in fact he was there before I arrived. He cleaned up the mess & told me he'd be back Sunday morning. He showed up 15 minutes early (which I greatly appreciated). He brought Gary with him and there was another example of the great people that Go To Services hires. Gary was warm & personable - he shook my hand & got to work. I was very impressed with him & Jason.
Jason took the bull by the horns & was so willing to help me through figuring out how to handle my insurance & he stayed with me through that call too.

My insurance company strongly suggested I used them since I insisted I wanted quality.
