Doan Restoration was a great help to a horrible accident of water in my home. Chandler was very professional and friendly on each visit. He explained everything they were doing and showed me all of what he found. Doan Restoration also helped in fighting the insurance company to help make sure this was covered. Thankful for all that they did to help in this not so fun process.

Arizona Fire & Water have a very responsive and empathetic team that made our negative experience of having a water loss easier to cope with. Marquis did an excellent job coming to our rescue. He was the first point of contact and was very personable in assisting us. We were assigned a project manager, David. David always kept me informed and responded to all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner. James built and installed our new cabinets and went above and beyond his normal job to ensure we had the best quality work. We are very thankful for Arizona Fire and Water!

Venturi was contracted by our insurance company to repair interior damage from a roof leak from storm damage. Arrangements were made for painting in as timely a manner as was possible, since interior and exterior repairs needed to be coordinated. The painting crew assigned to us was quite poor. They did not cover our furnishings well and we found numerous spots of paint on our furniture, flooring, and appliances. Very disappointed in the quality of workmanship. Would not recommend.

There were very quick to respond to our initial call and were there that afternoon to look at our home. Service was started the next day and they were great at communicating when they would be there for service. They cleaned everything up when they were finished. It is a very stressful situation when you have a loss but they made it less stressful. I would highly recommend Service Masters.

The employees did an EXCELLENT job! They dismantled a large portion of a wall that had an abundance of water within it, dried it all out, conducted a mold inspection, and after the issue was corrected, put everything back like the day they arrived. ASAP Restoration just recently completed a project in our house for water damage and mold. First response from Josh (owner) was within hours of my first call. That same afternoon he had arranged for a subcontractor to perform mold tests. Work was started the next day after we got the mold test results. Personal follow up by Josh was outstanding.
