We have had Water Fighters for two projects- one plumbing disaster and one HVAC disaster. Both times they have done high quality work. Caesar, Nicholas, Erick, and Joe on the team that have worked on the projects have all been extremely nice and done such good work you couldn't tell anything had happened to the house which I had just had remodeled. The texturing they did on my walls matched the existing walls perfectly. I was pretty amazed. They get a 5 out of 5 in my book!

Marquis was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable an did a great job with the water mitigation work. He was proactive, and always prompt and delivered on his promises. While I hope I never have a need to work with him (because I don't want another flood), I would highly recommend him. He is honest and trustworthy.

I would put in a zero but there’s no way to make a comment without at least marking one star. They need to fix what was not improperly completed and they need to fix the money issues. They were really good about telling me someone else’s work was shabby but then when their work was shabby they didn’t see it. What someone else had done was easily fixable but what they did is impossible to fix without tearing out my walls. They really played me for being stupid. Oh, they’re great sales people. Also, their cabinet man ran off in the middle. I have a lot more to say but I ran out of time.

Square One Restoration is outstanding. They took care of everything after we had a water line rupture in our attic and flood the interior walls. Ryan and his team handled the water damage, reconstruction, and insurance company. Remodeled our kitchen and two bathrooms and it turned out great. If you want to make your life easier hire Square One, they take care of everything from start to finish. Extremely competent and professional.

Ray Odum came to our home and figured out what the problem was and how to solve it. It was actually more extensive than we thought. He was very knowledgeable and professional and was always there when we had a question. All of his workmen were nice to work with. We never minded having them in our home. The water line on my fridge busted and flooded my kitchen late at night, the Technicians responded quickly and promptly and were very helpful. Clean up was fast and they got drying equipment running the same night. They did the demolition efficiently and got my kitchen put back together in less than two weeks. I was very pleased with their kindness and helpfulness.

I had a house fire in November 2021 which caused extensive damage. Bethom Contracting was on the scene the night it happened and I chose them to reconstruct my house. They told me it would take about 8 months for me to move back in. It ended up being closer to 11 months. The delay was caused by supply chain issues, Covid 19 staffing issues with the permits and my mtg being sold to another company in the middle of the claim. Through all these hiccups, Bethom continued to work through these and said it would be completed by my birthday. They met that deadline! The house is beautiful! They were always a phone call and/or text away. They answered my questions and addressed any issues I presented them with - no matter how small or big. Alina was wonderful to work with. She was very empathetic and sympathetic to my situation and how stressful and emotional a house fire can be for someone. I highly recommend this business.
