When your kitchen floods and needs to be rebuild the last thing you want is to be lied to, told that it may take 6 months to rebuild your cabinets, and not have your questions and concerns addressed. That is exactly what I was being told by another contractor. I reached out to Paul Davis and am very happy that I did. The experience was positive from day one. I met with David, who was my project manager. David told me he could have my cabinets rebuild in 4 to 6 weeks. He answered all my questions and called me weekly with updates. The cabinets were installed within the promised time frame. When I was unhappy with the reinstallation of the Granite countertop a specialist was brought in to correct it, and make it look good as new. I feel I was not decieved or lied to and was treated in a professional, courteous, respectful manner. For anyone dealing with rebuilding after damage I highly recommend Paul Davis, for positive, stress free experience.

I recently purchased a condo downtown and was shocked when my painters found mold behind some loose molding in the master bathroom. My husband and I were putting so much money into our new home and mold mitigation was never a part of the budget. We called several companies and got a lot of opinions. Fortunately, Bill Kelty the owner of GoTo Services answered our call and made time to evaluate the situation. The first thing Bill did was put us at ease. I was truly heartbroken when we discovered mold in our perfect new home. Bill went right to work to test the area and concluded that the mold was in fact contained to the wall behind the shower. Him and his technician removed the insulation, rotted sheetrock and sanitized the area and water tested to make sure there would be no repeat issues. The poorly grouted tile which was the cause of the problem was re-grouted and the wall re-enforced and patched - all done very quickly, professionally and without inconveniencing me or my husband. The price was reasonable and very well worth it considering it was handled with one phone call. I recommend GoTo Services to anyone who has water damage and needs it resolved quickly and without hassle.

I called ASAP Restoration LLC to come out to my house to take care of a leaking water heater that had damaged my walls. Ed and another very nice guy came over, and took care of EVERYTHING!!! Ed was -very- kind, exceptionally professional, listened to every word I said, and was sympathetic to my situation. He also made himself available to me throughout the entire job, and I could tell his job knowledge was quite extensive (he shared what seemed like a lot of it with me, which was VERY helpful).
I could not have asked for a better experience than with Ed and ASAP Restoration. He is a gem. I wish all employees everywhere could be more like him. Thank you, ASAP!!

My sister did, but I helped manage it. Took about 6 months, and there seemed to be a lot of delays. Probably most of the backorder had something to due with COVID. Christina Calabrese was our project manager and was excellent at communication. She always kept us up on any progress and any delays. Her boss Zach Brizzee even came to the project site and checked in on it. Those two were key in getting this completed. Thank you!

Had a water leak from condo above. Met Ryan from square one and he got to work. I stayed away for a few days while he dried my place out. Came home to areas where drywall doors casing and base were removed and found it spotless my belongings were put in other rooms with care and a obvious goal to exceed my expectations. I was in the insurance world for work and in close to a decade of working behind other dry out companies Square One was clearly the best even knowing I have seen other companies that do fair work. Called them to come clean out our gutters, which were filthy. They pressure washed all the gunk out and carefully cleaned the surrounding area below. Very happy with the level of service and will be calling them annually.

Mason was here for three hours working on our sewer line! He cabled from every toilet and was able to locate our 100 year old sewer. Very happy with the service.

Titan did everything possible to make my experience great. Insurance told me they enjoy working with Titan. That in itself says a lot.
